| 3 | | on page 1, by replacing line 5 with "Sections 2.30, 2.30b, |
| 4 | | 2.33, and 2.33a and by adding Section 2.30c as follows:"; and

| 5 | | on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 3 the following:

| 7 | | Sec. 2.30c. Bobcat hunting and trapping permit; fee. Before |
| 8 | | any person may lawfully hunt or trap a bobcat, he or she shall |
| 9 | | first obtain a "Bobcat Hunting and Trapping Permit" in |
| 10 | | accordance with regulations set forth in an administrative rule |
| 11 | | of the Department. The fee for a Bobcat Hunting and Trapping |
| 12 | | Permit, if any, shall not exceed $5. The Department may limit |
| 13 | | the number of Bobcat Hunting and Trapping Permits that are made |
| 14 | | available each season and take other actions to regulate |
| 15 | | harvest in accordance with Sections 1.3 and 2.30 of this Act.".
