Provides that no person shall sell, offer for sale, or deliver, receive, or purchase for resale in this State any product consisting of or containing powdered alcohol. Defines "powdered alcohol" as any powder or crystalline substance containing alcohol produced for human consumption.

|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 6-34.5 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (235 ILCS 5/6-34.5 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 6-34.5. Powdered alcohol. |
| 8 | | (a) For the purposes of this Section, "powdered alcohol" |
| 9 | | means any powder or crystalline substance containing alcohol, |
| 10 | | as defined in Section 1-3.01 of this Act, produced for human |
| 11 | | consumption. |
| 12 | | (b) No person shall sell, offer for sale, or deliver, |
| 13 | | receive, or purchase for resale in this State any product |
| 14 | | consisting of or containing powdered alcohol.
