7 | | for 2 years, before transferring to Peoria Central High School, |
8 | | where he led his team to Class AA State titles in 2003 and |
9 | | 2004; he was named Illinois Mr. Basketball in 2004 and played |
10 | | in the 2004 McDonalds' High School All-American game, for which |
11 | | he was named co-MVP; in 2007, he was voted one of the "100 |
12 | | Legends of the Illinois High School Association Boys Basketball |
13 | | Tournament"; and

14 | | WHEREAS, Shaun Livingston was considered a 5-star recruit |
15 | | by Rivals.com and was listed as the No. 1 point guard and the |
16 | | No. 2 player in the nation in 2004; he committed to playing for |
17 | | Duke, but opted to make the jump to the NBA straight out of |
