Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	325 ILCS 5/1

	Adds reference to:
	20 ILCS 505/39.2

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Children and Family Services Act. Changes the date by which the Illinois Children's Justice Task Force shall submit a report to the General Assembly, regarding, but not limited to, its recommendations for a statewide multidisciplinary approach to child abuse or neglect investigations, to January 31, 2016 (rather than March 1, 2015). Effective immediately.
