Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Local Library Act. Provides specified bonds issued shall not be considered indebtedness and new bond or bonds may be issued as long as they are approved by voters, corporate authorities, and the board of trustees; do not exceed an aggregate principal amount of $11,000,000; and are issued prior to November 1, 2020. Effective immediately.
