Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. In a provision that authorizes a person to make homemade brewed beverages without a license under the Act, adds a requirement that the person who purchases the apparatus or equipment used to produce the homemade brewed beverages must be 21 years of age or older. Effective immediately.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the provisions of the bill with the following changes. Further amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that the drink prices listed on the schedule of drink prices shall remain the same for each drink for the entire business day, unless the drink prices are changed according to provisions that authorize happy hours. Provides that daily drink prices are not required to be the same for each business day. Provides that "schedule of drink prices" means a list, including, but not limited to, a drink menu, of the brands, sizes, and prices for drinks of alcoholic liquor offered by a license holder. In a provision concerning happy hours and meal packages, defines "food". Authorizes a retail licensee to offer and advertise daily drink specials. Effective immediately.
