Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the court has the discretion to determine that a violation of driving at a speed that is 26 or 35 miles per hour or more in excess of the applicable maximum speed limit is not a serious traffic violation and order the clerk of the court to report the finding to the Secretary of State. Makes corresponding changes.
