Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Counties Code. Provides that the county board of any county with a population between 500,000 and 700,000 inhabitants (instead of just the Will County Board) may by ordinance impose a judicial facilities fee. Makes conforming changes. Effective immediately.

Changes the applicability of the section to Will County and Kane County (currently, counties with a population between 500,000 and 700,000 inhabitants).
