Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that the waiting period before a firearm may be delivered to a person does not apply to the sale of a firearm to a person who has been issued and possesses a currently valid concealed carry license under the Firearm Concealed Carry Act.
