SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Danielle "Dani" M. Gibson of Wonder Lake, 
4who passed away on June 26, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Danielle Gibson was born on April 10, 1939 in 
6Melrose Park; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Danielle Gibson spent many years with her late 
8longtime companion, Alexander "Bobby" McConachie, before she 
9relocated to Johnsburg in 1986, where she worked at The 
10Johnsburg Tavern followed by Hettermanns Tavern until 1994; she 
11then became the owner and operator of The Grand Old Mill 
12Restaurant in Wonder Lake; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Danielle Gibson was preceded in death by her 
14parents, Dan and Marie Gibson; a brother, Rick Gibson; and a 
15sister, Bonnie Gibson; and

  
 
16    WHEREAS, Danielle Gibson is survived by her brother, James 
17(Helen) Gibson and sisters, Dolores (David) Lowell, Diana 
18Schmidt, and Judy Karafa; she will be deeply missed by her 
19loving family, Dean, Joy, Lauren, Dana, and Rick Pries, and her 
20many friends; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
3family and friends, mourn the passing of Danielle "Dani" M. 
4Gibson; and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Danielle Gibson as an expression of 
7our sympathy.
