Amends the Swimming Facility Act. In provisions concerning fees for swimming pool licensing, provides that a license fee or license renewal fee shall not exceed $2,500. Effective immediately.

1 AN ACT concerning regulation.

2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 represented in the General Assembly:

4 Section 5. The Swimming Facility Act is amended by changing

5 Sections 8.1 and 8.2 as follows:

6 (210 ILCS 125/8.1)

7 Sec. 8.1. Fee schedule for fees assessed by the Department

8 for all licensees except certain tax-exempt organizations,

9 governmental units, and public elementary and secondary

10 schools. The fee schedule for fees assessed by the Department

11 for all licensees, except those specifically identified in

12 Sections 8.2 and 8.3 of this Act, shall be as follows:
