| 1 | | AN ACT concerning regulation.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 3-511 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (210 ILCS 45/3-511) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 4153-511)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 3-511.
If funds collected under Sections 3-508 and |
| 8 | | 3-509 are
insufficient to meet the expenses of performing the |
| 9 | | powers and duties
conferred on the receiver or the monitor, or |
| 10 | | if there are insufficient funds on hand to
meet those expenses, |
| 11 | | the Department may reimburse the receiver or the monitor for |
| 12 | | those
expenses from funds appropriated for its ordinary and |
| 13 | | contingent expenses
by the General Assembly after funds |
| 14 | | contained in the Long Term Care
Monitor/Receiver Fund, not |
| 15 | | allocated for the costs associated with hiring and maintaining |
| 16 | | of surveyors, have been exhausted.
