2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2966 as follows:


 
3on page 1, line 15, by inserting "and" immediately before 
4"(iv)"; and

 
5on page 1, lines 16 and 17 by deleting ", and (v) overflow from 
6bodies of water, such as rivers and lakes"; and

 
7on page 2,  by deleting lines 20 through 22; and

 
8on page 2, line 23, by replacing "(5)" with "(4)"; and

 
9on page 3, by replacing lines 1 through 5 with the following:


 
10    "(5) a review of technology to evaluate the risk of 
11property damage from urban flooding and whether a property is
