SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for reimbursement to counties for the expenses related to P.A. 98-61. Appropriates $15,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for reimbursement to counties for the expenses related to the transfer of the administration of the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center from the President of the Cook County Board to the Circuit Court of Cook County. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. “AN ACT making appropriations”, Public Act 98-64, approved July 10, 2013, is amended by changing Section 10 of Article 38 as follows:
(P.A. 98-64, Article 38, Section 10)
Sec. 10. The sum of $63,600,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for probation reimbursements.
In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum of $25,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for reimbursement to counties for the expenses related to Public Act 98-61.
In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum of $15,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for reimbursement to counties for the expenses related to the transfer of the administration of the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center from the President of the Cook County Board to the Circuit Court of Cook County, as provided in Public Act 95-194.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
