| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2584 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 2, line 17, by replacing "committed." with "committed, |
| 4 | | unless any violation is for the sale of alcohol to a person |
| 5 | | under the age of 21, in which case the violation shall be |
| 6 | | considered if it was committed within 5 years after the date |
| 7 | | when a prior violation was committed. The provisions of this |
| 8 | | paragraph concerning the determination of multiple violations |
| 9 | | do not apply to the City of Chicago.".
