AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan for its FY 14 ordinary and contingent expenses.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
