Makes appropriations from the General Revenue Fund for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Universities Civil Service System. Effective July 1, 2013.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System to meet its ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014:
For Personal Services........................... $921,000
For Social Security............................... 13,100
For Contractual Services......................... 212,000
For Travel......................................... 9,000
For Commodities.................................... 6,000
For Printing....................................... 3,500
For Equipment..................................... 13,000
For Telecommunications Services................... 25,000
For Operation of Automotive Equipment.............. 2,400
Total $1,205,000
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
