| 5 | | Management Services" with "The State's Chief Procurement |
| 6 | | Officers"; and

| 7 | | on page 2, line 3, by replacing "Department" with "Agency"; and
|
| 8 | | on page 2, line 15, immediately after "shall" by inserting "be |
| 9 | | subject to the Illinois Procurement Code and shall"; and
|
| 10 | | on page 4, line 9, by replacing "The program shall adopt |
| 11 | | measures" with "The Chief Procurement Officer identified under |
| 12 | | item (5) of Section 1-15.15 of the Illinois Procurement Code |
| 13 | | shall adopt rules".
