| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1843 on page 7, by |
| 3 | | inserting immediately below line 5 the following: |
| 4 | | "If the transfer case originated in another state and has |
| 5 | | been transferred under the Interstate Compact for Juveniles to |
| 6 | | the jurisdiction of an Illinois circuit court for supervision |
| 7 | | by an Illinois probation department, probation fees may be |
| 8 | | imposed only if permitted by the Interstate Commission for |
| 9 | | Juveniles.".
