Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board of Trustees of Governor’s State University for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following amounts, or so much of those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Governors State University to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the university for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014:
Payable from the General Revenue Fund:
For Personal Services, including payment to the
university for personal services incurred during the fiscal year and salaries accrued but unpaid to academic personnel for personal services rendered during the academic year 2013-2014 ....................$23,104,300
For Contractual Services ......................$1,725,000
For Commodities...................................$75,000
For Equipment....................................$250,000
For Awards and Grants ............................$90,000
For Medicare/Health Insurance ...................$656,200
Total.........................................$25,900,500
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect June 30, 2014.
