| 4 | | Section 5. The Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

This Act applies only to federal tax liens and

federal liens notices of which under any Act of |
| 9 | | Congress or any regulation
adopted pursuant thereto are |
| 10 | | required or permitted to be filed in the same
manner as notices |
| 11 | | of federal tax liens. |
