| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Habitat Endowment Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 49 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 49. This Act takes effect upon becoming law, except |
| 8 | | that
that Sec. 45 takes effect April 1, 1993.
