Representatives, and the Secretary of |
| 5 | | State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g of the School |
| 6 | | Code; therefore, be it

| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
|
| 8 | | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
|
| 9 | | SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by O'Fallon |
| 10 | | CCSD 90 - St. Clair with respect to physical education, |
| 11 | | identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 12 | | as request WM100-5823, is disapproved; and be it further
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, That the request made by Abingdon-Avon CUSD 276 - |
| 14 | | Knox with respect to nonresident tuition, identified in the |
| 15 | | report filed by the State Board of Education as request |
| 16 | | WM100-5808, is approved retroactively beginning on August 1, |
| 17 | | 2013; and be it further

| 18 | | RESOLVED, That the remaining requests in the Report on |
| 19 | | Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved.
