AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses for the Department of the Lottery, including operating expenses related to Multi-State Lottery games pursuant to the Illinois Lottery Law:

Promoting Lottery Games..................... 192,800,000
For Expenses of the Lottery Board................. 8,300
For payment of prizes to holders of
winning lottery tickets or shares,
including prizes related to Multi-State
Lottery games, and payment of
promotional or incentive prizes
associated with the sale of lottery
tickets, pursuant to the provisions

Section 5. The sum of $269,200, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Lottery Fund to the Department of the Lottery for costs and expenses related to or in support of a Government Services shared services center.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.
