AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6139

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6139, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund for the objects and purposes hereinafter named to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Employees' Retirement System:

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security................................... 4,800

  For Contractual Services.......................... 16,500

  For Travel......................................... 1,200

  For Commodities...................................... 100

  For Printing........................................... 0

  For Equipment.......................................... 0

  For Electronic Data Processing....................... 200

  For Telecommunications Services...................... 400

ARTICLE 99

Section 999.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.”.
