AN ACT concerning appropriations.

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Civil Service Commission:

  For Personal Services............................ 269,300

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 20,700

    Total                                          $290,000

    Section 10. The sum of $89,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Civil Service Commission to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.
