AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6126

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6126, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:

 “ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The sum of $9,054,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

ARTICLE 99

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.".
