AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6034
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6034, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:
“ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Board of the Trustees of Chicago State University to meet ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015:
Payable from the Education Assistance Fund:
For Personal Services, including payment
to the university for personal services
costs incurred during the fiscal year
and salaries accrued but unpaid to academic
personnel for personal services rendered
during the academic year 2014-2015.......... 35,595,000
Security, for Medicare............................... 0
For Group Insurance............................ 1,024,000
For Contractual Services............................... 0
For Travel............................................. 0
For Commodities........................................ 0
For Equipment.......................................... 0
For Telecommunications Services........................ 0
For Operation of Automotive Equipment.................. 0
For Awards and Grants............................ 104,400
Total $36,723,400
Section 10. The sum of $500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University as a grant to the Financial Assistance Outreach Center.
Section 15. The sum of $1,600,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Chicago State University Education Improvement Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University for any expenses incurred by the university.
Section 20. The sum of $307,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University for costs associated with the development, support or administration of pharmacy practice education or training programs.
ARTICLE 99
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.”.
