Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Universities Civil Service System for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System to meet its ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015:
For Personal Services............................ 802,600
For Social Security............................... 11,400
For Contractual Services......................... 192,700
For Travel......................................... 7,300
For Commodities.................................... 4,900
For Printing....................................... 3,300
For Equipment..................................... 10,600
For Telecommunications Services................... 20,400
For Operation of Automotive Equipment.............. 1,800
Total $1,055,000
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.
