SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
In addition to amounts previously appropriated for this purpose, makes a supplemental appropriation of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for all costs associated with Alternative Education/Regional Safe Schools. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to amounts previously appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for all costs associated with Alternative Education/Regional Safe Schools.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
