Amends the Common Interest Community Association Act. Provides that notwithstanding any other provision of law, a common interest community association that contains single-family homes does not have authority over the single-family home or the property on which the single-family home is located within the association. Provides that any provision in the declaration and bylaws of the association that is contrary to the new provisions is void.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Common Interest Community Association Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 1-85 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 1-85. Scope of association's authority. |
| 8 | | Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a common interest |
