Provides that the Secretary of State shall establish and appoint an Uninsured Motorist Verification Advisory Committee consisting of representatives of the Department of Insurance and the insurance industry for the purpose of designing an electronic motor vehicle liability insurance verification program, including methods of funding, implementing, and operating the program.
