| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Public Accounting Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 0.01 as follows:

| 6 | | (225 ILCS 450/0.01) (from Ch. 111, par. 5500.01)

| 7 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2024)

| 8 | | Sec. 0.01.
This Act shall be known and and may be cited as |

"Illinois Public Accounting Act".
