| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 15-103 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (625 ILCS 5/15-103) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 15-103)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 15-103. Height of vehicles. The height of a vehicle |
| 8 | | from the under side of the tire to the top of
the vehicle, |
| 9 | | inclusive of load, shall not exceed 13 feet,
6 inches on any |
| 10 | | highway in the State except that vehicles designed to transport |
| 11 | | multiple motor vehicles shall not exceed 14 feet on any highway |
| 12 | | in the State.

| 13 | | A person convicted of violating this Section is subject to |
| 14 | | the penalty
provided in paragraph (b) of Section 15-113.
