| 7 | | on page 47, by replacing lines 2 through 17 with the following: |
| 8 | | "(r) Should changes to the rules be required by the review |
| 9 | | mandated by Section 65 of the Grant Accountability and |
| 10 | | Transparency Act, the Governor's Office of Management and |
| 11 | | Budget may adopt such peremptory rules as are necessary to |
| 12 | | comply with changes to corresponding federal rules. All other |
| 13 | | rules that the Governor's Office of Management and Budget deems |
| 14 | | necessary to adopt in connection with the Grant Accountability |
| 15 | | and Transparency Act must proceed through the ordinary |
| 16 | | rule-making process.".
