Appropriates $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for the purpose of awarding grants to West 40 Intermediate Service Center No. 2. Effective July 1, 2014.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

Section 5. The sum of $300,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for the purpose of awarding grants to West 40 Intermediate Service Center No. 2.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.
