| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Conveyances Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 30 as follows:
|

All deeds, mortgages and

authorized to be recorded, shall take effect |

the time of filing the same for |

| 11 | | purchasers, without notice; and all such deeds and title
papers |
| 12 | | shall be adjudged void as to all such creditors and subsequent

| 13 | | purchasers, without notice, until the same shall be filed for |
