Amends the School Breakfast and Lunch Program Act. Requires the State Board of Education to perform an income eligibility review on all applications for participation in the school breakfast program, the school lunch program, the free breakfast program, the free lunch program, or the summer food service program. Effective July 1, 2013.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The School Breakfast and Lunch Program Act is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
