| 4 | | Section 5. The Public Community College Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 3-7.13 as follows:

| 6 | | (110 ILCS 805/3-7.13) (from Ch. 122, par. 103-7.13)

| 7 | | Sec. 3-7.13. More than one public measure may be submitted |
| 8 | | on the same ballot. No
proposition under this Section which is |
| 9 | | substantially the same shall be
submitted more than once every |
| 10 | | 4 2 months, except where the proposition is
submitted as a |
| 11 | | consequence of a disaster, calamity or other Act of God.
