| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of |
| 5 | | Marriage Act is amended by changing Section 708 as follows:

In any proceeding brought under this Act, the

of a party's street address shall not be |
| 9 | | required for any purpose if the
court finds that the physical, |

that of a minor child, |
| 11 | | or both, would be seriously endangered by disclosure
of the |
