AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1330




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1330 on page 9, by 
3replacing lines 11 through 16 with the following:
4    "Section 25. Upon the payment of the sum of $960 to the 
5State of Illinois, the rights or easement of access, crossing, 
6light, air and view from, to and over the following described 
7line and SBI 2 are restored subject to permit requirements of 
8the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation:"; and
 
9on page 10, by replacing lines 20 through 24 with the 
10following:
11    "Section 30. Upon the payment of the sum of $1,000 to the 
12State of Illinois, the rights or easement of access, crossing, 
13light, air and view from, to and over the following described 
14line and FAP 404 (IL 164) are restored subject to permit 
15requirements of the State of Illinois, Department of 
16Transportation:"; and

1on page 11, by deleting line 1; and
 
2on page 19, by inserting below line 10 the following:


 
3    "Section 60. Upon the payment of the sum of $19,726 to the

6line and US Route 251 are restored subject to permit 
7requirements of the State of Illinois, Department of 
8Transportation:

10    A part of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as designated upon the plat 
11    of subdivision of Highway Heights, a subdivision in the 
12    Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 46 North, Range 2 
13    East of the Third Principal Meridian, the plat of which 
14    subdivision is recorded in Book 22 of Plats on Page 162 in 
15    the Recorder's Office of Winnebago County, Illinois, 
16    described as follows:
 
17    Commencing at a found 3/4 inch pipe at the northwest corner 
18    of said Section 21, thence South 1 degree 13 minutes 14 
19    seconds East, 198.71 feet (Bearings assumed for 
20    description purposes only) along the west line of said

6    easterly from said Survey Line and the Point of Beginning.

8    minutes 19 seconds East, 803.15 feet along said westerly 
9    right of way line to a point on the south line of Lot 5 of 
10    said Highway Heights Subdivision, said point being 428.78 
11    feet normally distant easterly from said Survey Line;

13    feet along the south line of said Lot 5 to a point 230.00 
14    feet normally distant easterly from said Survey Line;
