| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Railroad Incorporation Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 2 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (610 ILCS 5/2) (from Ch. 114, par. 2)

| 7 | | Sec. 2.
Such persons shall organize by adopting and signing |
| 8 | | articles of
incorporation, which shall be filed and recorded in |
| 9 | | the the office of the
Secretary of State and a copy thereof |
| 10 | | rendered in the office of the
recorder of each county through |
| 11 | | or into which such railway is
proposed to be run.
