| 1 | | AN ACT concerning wildlife.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Wildlife Habitat Management Areas Act is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Section 4 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (520 ILCS 20/4) (from Ch. 61, par. 221)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 4.
Every Wildlife Habitat Management Area shall |
| 8 | | comprise at least 600
acres of contiguous farm lands, or a |
| 9 | | combination of tillable lands and farm
woodlots suitable for |
| 10 | | the the protection and propagation of species of small
game |
| 11 | | ordinarily found upon, or in the immediate proximity of such |
| 12 | | lands,
and the owners or persons having legal control thereof |
| 13 | | have agreed to
cooperate in the establishment and maintenance |
| 14 | | of such a project thereon.
