Synopsis As Introduced
Encourages the General Assembly to promptly review and evaluate the Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates filed by the State Board of Education to determine if the Report should be disapproved in whole or in part.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces the provisions of the resolved clause of the resolution as introduced with provisions disapproving certain school district requests for waivers relating to length of school term, evaluation training and pre-qualification, evaluation plan for principals, compilation of average daily attendance, petitions, and school board members - leadership training.
