Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Common Interest Community Association Act. Provides that provisions requiring a unit owner leasing a unit to deliver a copy of a lease to the association apply only to leases that are greater than 30 days.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Common Interest Community Association Act. Exempts certain provisions, requiring a unit owner leasing a unit to deliver a copy of a lease to the association, if the community instruments provide otherwise.
