Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Exempts Secretary of State vehicles from a provision that 25% of vehicles purchased with State funds shall be vehicles fueled by electricity, compressed natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, or liquid natural gas. Effective immediately.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Provides that the requirement that 25% of vehicles purchased with State funds be fueled by electricity, compressed natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, or liquid natural gas applies to Secretary of State mid-sized sedans.
