Amends the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act. Authorizes the Department of Labor to establish administrative procedures to adjudicate claims of any amount (removes a provision limiting the Department's authority to claims of $3,000 or less).

Amends the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act. Provides for the imposition of administrative fees payable to the Department of Labor when an employer is ordered to pay wages, final compensation, or wage supplements. Provides for the amount of the fee to increase based upon the amount of unpaid wages.
