Amends the Condominium Advisory Council Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:

	Adds reference to:
	735 ILCS 5/15-1508	from Ch. 110, par. 15-1508

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Mortgage Foreclosure Article of the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that the provisions of a subsection concerning certain mortgage foreclosure defenses become inoperative on January 1, 2016 (instead of January 1, 2014) for all foreclosure actions filed after December 31, 2015 (instead of December 31, 2013), in which the mortgagor did not apply for assistance under the Making Home Affordable Program on or before December 31, 2015 (instead of December 31, 2013). Effective immediately.
