Synopsis As Introduced
Directs the Auditor General to conduct a management audit of the Department of Corrections' implementation of a comprehensive medical and mental health services program for offenders.

Adds language directing the Department of Corrections to select a sample of correctional centers to be surveyed, audited, and accredited by the NCCHC over the next 3 years and sets forth the criteria to be examined by the NCCHC.
