Synopsis As Introduced
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Racing Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, as follows: Other State Funds $8,196,600.

 Land Conveyance Appraisal Note (Dept. of Transportation)
 No land conveyances are included in this bill; therefore, there are no appraisals to be filed.

 Home Rule Note (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity)
 The bill does not pre-empt home rule authority.

 State Mandates Fiscal Note (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity)
 The bill does not create a State mandate.

 Housing Affordability Impact Note (Housing Development Authority)
 This bill will have no effect on the cost of constructing, purchasing, owning, or selling a single-family residence.

 Correctional Note (Dept of Corrections)
 There are no penalty enhancements associated with this bill. The bill would have no fiscal or population impact on the Department of Corrections.

 Pension Note (Government Forecasting & Accountability)
 This bill will not impact any public pension fund or retirement system in Illinois.
